Internal - To support the management and delivery of company internal communications; plan, edit, write and create content for a variety of internal communications (newsletter, TVs, town halls) Content creation for internal communication in line with management requirements. - To support in planning and implementation, as appropriate, company events and conferences (such as all company events), working to with suppliers and partners to deliver best value. - Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders to engage colleagues in strategic business activity and direction. - Responsible for company announcement and information translation as needed for customized audience. - Manage the execution of communication events (including: business update webcasts, keynote addresses, town halls and regional annual meetings) to ensure best practice event management and clear communication objectives are developed and achieved. External - To support development and delivery of external corporate communications platforms, including ensuring usage and content management. - Working in partnership with marketing and sales colleagues, to ensure alignment of corporate messaging across all external digital platforms. - To engage with external agency around development and maintenance of external corporate communications platforms. - In association with the CSR Manager, create effective and impactful annual CSR and Sustainability reports.
