Senior Program Manager - PeopleSoft and Taleo (Rest of World)

Delivery Responsibility:

- Understand existing PeopleSoft and Taleo system landscape in APAC and Europe

- Provide effective maintenance/support to various modules within PeopleSoft

- Understand and support existing custom modules in PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, workflows, eCompensation, Absence and T&L), Taleo and interfaces to all downstream systems

- Timely support to resolve incidents/tickets raised by end users

- Coordinate with key users/on-site SPOC's to understand user requirements and provide timely resolution

- Maintain dashboard/monitor tickets raised by users

- Manage the release management

- Release planning with on-site lead

- Internal release kick-off, delegation and end-end support to develop/implement the enhancements part of the release

- Provide state of the art/innovative solutions for the requirements part of the release

- Facilitate development and testing of new enhancements/reports

- Support build and release operations

- Manage new projects part of PeopleSoft and Taleo

- Manage resource/infrastructure requirements to meet project expectations

- Coordinate with on-site lead and execute the project to closure

- Plan and execute Tools and PUM Upgrades

Project operations :

- Communication with stakeholders (on-site leads, end users, MBRDI leads)

- Vendor coordination (to work on POC's and resource planning)

- Ramp-up team to meet upcoming project demands

- Enhance current system landscape with automated/innovative solutions

- Frequent travel to on-site (APAC and Europe) to conduct workshop/strategy meetings

- Maintain data compliance and adherence to MBRDI Internal/Daimler global standards (ITH Standards) for Software development

- Maintain rotation plan, cost plan and the overall service agreements

- Contribute to internal strategies and to enhance business operations

- Define project goals and to drive the team to achieve the same

Qualifications :

- Education: B.E / MCA / MBA or other equivalent

- No of Years of experience: 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.

Desired profile of experience/skills :

- Should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Taleo

- Multi-Country experience and excellence in stakeholder management

- Have excellent interpersonal skills, be strong and effective communicators who can persuade and influence others and possess the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

- Good IT Lead experience - handling multiple projects and managing a team of 20 - 30 people

- Excellent solution design/architect skills

- Integration experience to connect PeopleSoft / Taleo with SOA/other 3rd party systems

- Exposure to cloud architecture

- Good experience on mobile solutions/frameworks

- Exposure to agile methodologies
