Job Overview:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and motivated Associate Creative Head to join our growing team. This role demands a sharp creative mind, strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate briefs into powerful, innovative concepts that stand out across event formats.
As the Assistant Creative Head, you will play a pivotal role in brainstorming, leading design directions, mentoring junior creatives, and ensuring brand alignment across projects. You will work closely with the business development and production teams to turn bold ideas into breathtaking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Ideation:
Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate original, engaging ideas in line with client briefs and event objectives.
- Creative Strategy:
Support the Creative Head in building theme narratives, brand stories, event concepts, and experiential campaigns.
- Visual Direction:
Translate concepts into visual boards, presentation decks, moodboards, and design guidelines for internal and external communication.
- Pitch Development:
Collaborate with business development and content teams to create compelling client pitches and proposals.
- Mentorship & Supervision:
Guide junior designers, copywriters, and freelancers, ensuring consistency and quality in output.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure creative alignment through all stages of execution.
- Trendspotting & Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, new formats, technology integrations, and global benchmarks to keep creative output cutting-edge.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong command over visual storytelling, brand language, and experiential ideation
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience working on high-profile brand campaigns or events
- Ability to think strategically and deliver under tight deadlines
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetic finesse
- Team leadership and a collaborative spirit
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Visual Communication, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related creative field
- 4-6 years of experience in an event agency, creative agency, or production house
