- Responsible for 12 Hospitals across Group - To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to the business plan for the entire group. - Augment the Business with defined strategy - To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans - To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life - Style Management Program Etc - To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital. - To explore new product feasibility for business plan. - To do fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan - To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof - reading etc - To conduct regular follow-up of all the Prospective Corporate clients who have received our information folder - To plan and schedule a meeting with the representative of present and prospective corporate clients, after acquiring the proper details about the suitability of the time of corporate client, with Unit Head &amp; Unit Marketing Heads - Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management - Responsible for Competitor tracking - Market Intelligence - Responsible for conducting in-house camps &amp; promotions of health awareness days - Responsible for Brand proposition and Brand promotion - Responsible for PR activities - Responsible for increasing Brand Equity. - Responsible for costing Health Check Packages and other procuedures - To recruit, train and develop the team members
