Max SkillFirst - Assistant Vice President - Business Strategy/Operations/Governance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-15 yrs)
As the AVP - Strategy, operations and Governance, you would be responsible for looking after the complete strategy execution, operations, board governance and technology implementation of Max Skill First. Incumbent would be responsible for:
- Assisting the Head of Strategy & operations in complete business planning & strategy execution for the organisation.
- Managing complete organization MIS and analytics to ensure organization is performing at the desired levels.
- Building and strengthening governance mechanism to ensure improved tracking and performance measurement to manage the complete Board governance
- Supporting in the process of managing communications with various internal and external stakeholders (clients both internal & external).
- Managing a broad portfolio of technology across the company.
Budget for this role is between 35-40L.
Minimum Education: MBA for a Tier 1 institute: IIMS, ISB, MDI, FMS etc should only apply. Should have a Computer Sciences / Engineering Background
Minimum/Specific Experience: Overall experience of 10-15 years in handing strategy, operations, board governance Technology.
Ideal fit: People who are Assisting MDs/ CEOs in overall strategy, governance, operations would be ideal fit. Also People who have worked in strategy consulting & operations consulting along with a core corporate exposure would be also be good fit.
People management : Should have managed a team of senior managers
