Client management:
- Responsible for end to end management of expectations of the external client (BFSI clients)
- Preparation of proposal documents, scoping documents, diagnostics documents, Insighting documents before the initiation of the client deliverable to understand the need for the client from the L&D perspective.
- Work closely with the content team to design & customize the content to suit the client needs
- Will be responsible for delivering of workshops (behavioral & functional) for the client as a delivery expert.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Maintain all kinds of client MIS.
- Servicing and supporting the client throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Post Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred
- At least 8-10 years in sales training within the BFSI, NBFC domain. 2-4 years- experience in client management in B2B sales will be preferred
- Knowledge about sales / banking products, processes, etc. will be an added advantage

- Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job
