Job Summary :

Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits. Works with senior management to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Develops compensation and benefits budget for assigned areas and manages budget after it is approved.

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverable :

1. Compensation & Benefits :

- Strengthen Employee Value Proposition through Total Rewards

- Benchmark, Identify and implement industry best benefits

- Partner with business to design sales incentive plan for various channels to achieve enterprise objectives

- Drive Compensation Philosophy through increments and bonus cycle.


- Work closely with patch owners & business HR to streamline the monthly promotion process.


- Responsible for Compensation Town Hall Presentation

- Accountable for data accuracy & timely payouts

2. Performance Management :

- Facilitate goal setting process for Leadership team Drive goal setting at enterprise level Revisit goal sheet templates to ensure alignment with business.


- Implement Performance Management Plan for the organisation

- Analysis of PMS data through prescribed sanity checks

- Resolution of queries from all patches

- Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth functioning of system

3. Annual Budgeting & Manpower planning :

- Drive Annual Manpower planning

- Monitor cost management

- Conceptualize and drive key projects aligned with cost savings

- Share MIS / dashboard with HRLT and business HR

- Summary dashboards for key business heads Partner with HR Leadership & Business HR to create the annual budget including manpower requirement and associated costs

- Drive regular monitoring to track plan vs actual Accuracy of data and analytics

- Feedback from stakeholders

4. Analytics :

- Lead Analytics for the function and formulate Measure of Success

- Conceptualize trends to draw actionable inferences, help leadership team to strategies for function

- Use data insights to optimize process efficiencies

- Aquiring data from all sources and Maintaining databases

5. Recognition :

- Support formulation of reward recognition and benefits strategies aligned business needs and develop and manage related policy and procedures and systems.

1. Educational Background : Graduate / Post graduate in HR

2. Work Experience : 14-18 years of relevant experience
