Job Summary :
Responsible for Enterprise information systems, data science & analytics, enterprise reporting, performance computation and digital information assets to aid decision making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle overall organization reporting requirements across functions and job families for enabling strategic priorities. Responsibilities also include supporting CXO reports and dashboards
- Serve to the organization needs of data science and analytics providing insights in timely and accurate manner. Develop machine learning models and embed analytics capability across channels and functions
- Ensure timely & accurate delivery of reporting across roles, channels and functions
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate the reporting requirements and build delivery capabilities on digital information assets in liaison with technology function. Integrate analytics with reporting assets
- Liaison with Information Technology to keep the warehouse current and relevant with the needs of the organisation. Drive projects to improve data quality
- Drive Data democratization culture by enabling a self-service/ consumption platform for central teams such as marketing/ HR/ strategy etc
Desired qualification and experience :
Education: Master's degree (M. Sc., M. Tech., MBA)
Experience - Financial services exposure is desirable and preferred
Key competencies/skills required :
- Domain understanding of insurance processes, data science, data architecture, intelligence automation and digital product management
- Experience of using data science tools and ML algorithms
- Prior experience in managing large teams
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Project management and prioritization
- Excellent negotiation skills
