KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Employee Experience :

- Is able to ideate around employee experience strategy and progressive HR experience

- Lead and own onboarding process and its smooth implementation across the organization

- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvement to improve the overall effectiveness of the shared service.

- Establish and maintain clear communication with the team members regarding project scope, timelines, issue resolution, and deliverable.

- Should have proven track record as a HR generalist and successful track record of implementation HR shared services will be our ideal combination

- Should have the capability to balance operational, tactical and strategic areas in HR domain and shared services environment.

- High level of energy, ambition, positive attitude and ability to work in high diverse team environment to deliver effectiveness and efficiency

- Ability to clearly define objectives, give proper direction, assign work to subordinates and make decisions based on applied knowledge of alternatives and work experience.

Desired qualification and experience

- Graduation/Post Graduation

- Must have a minimum of 10+ years' experience.

- Experience in managing customer relationship

- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel

- Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form

- Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously

- Ability to prioritize and organize the workload across multiple groups
