About the Role :

Program Office is a critical function at Max Life with the responsibility of being a conscience keeper for the Organization with an eye on execution. The role is responsible for providing outside in perspective to the management to enable management decision process and connect the dots from all strategic initiatives across the Organization. The objective is to blend the external view (competition and economic environment) with the internal performance assessment and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Anchor the governance agenda of the Organization and ensure periodic reviews with senior leadership

- Be a conscience keeper of the Organization by asking right questions to channels as well functions

- Prepare and support communication for Board and shareholder meetings. Enable CEO to present point of view to Board and Shareholders regarding challenges being faced by the Company basis internal and external trends,and their implications

- Work on the annual strategic planning process to craft a 3-year strategy for the Organization by analyzing internal and external trends, competitive action, and taking inputs from all stakeholders. Liaise with CFO team to formulate the 3-year business plan.

- Track the economy, industry, competition and relevant trends and provide analysis tothe business to facilitate key strategic decisions. Bring an outside in perspective to the business problem. Use networks within and outside of the industry to learn best practices and evaluate how they can be used and applied to Max Life's business problems.

- Work on analysis for any business problem that could have implications on the Company

Experience Required:

- Management Graduates with 2-4 years of post MBA experience

- Prior experience in consulting /strategy function required

Key Skills Required:

- Attention to detail

- Strong MS Power-point and MS Excel knowledge

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work with cross functional teams; Strong networking and inter- personal skills

- Strong work ethic and ability to create a healthy challenge basis conviction and data - highly numerate and data interpretation skills (analytical in nature)
