Key Responsibilities : - Will be responsible for the partnership in the specified area - Create and maintain engagement with regional managers /branch managers and other key Bank RBBH Office / Management Team members - Lead a team of Sales Executives (Relationship Associates and Associate Sales Managers and Cluster Managers) and monitor their input/output activity and ensure lead generation through various sources - Develop measures and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the relationship - Increasing insurance awareness and product penetration among Banks customers. Increasing insurance penetration among Bank staff members - Suggest sizzlers and R&amp;R platforms for Banks employees who provide prospect leads as well as for Max Life's dedicated sales team - Suggest product synergies and capture Banks various customer touch-points for insurance sales opportunities - Partner with Regional Teams of Axis Bank to achieve the defined business targets. Conduct monthly reviews and provide strategic and tactical support to the team as required with partner in order to ensure that the relationship has the requisite capability to deliver business strategies and goals - Review performance and develop fresh guidelines based on learnings in order to assist the teams in meeting targets within stipulated profitability norms
