JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for creating Agency Communication decks across multiple forums.
- Responsible to do Primary & Secondary research and create leadership talk-points/presentations
- Liaison with multiple functions and stakeholders for inputs & value additions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will be
- Responsible for Preparing & publishing various MIS related to Transformation Office
- Responsible for preparing creative storyboards/decks & presentations related to transformation & agency strategy
- Responsible to align with multiple department such as HR/Marketing/Training to get the work done.
- Responsible for conducting Primary/Secondary research and draw conclusions from it
- Responsible to manage travel claims & vendor payments from time to time
- Work closely with Regional/Zonal Leadership teams to seek feedback & identify opportunity areas
- Responsible for conducting data analysis to understand trends & movements, if need be.
Measure of Success:
- Timely update to Management
- On time delivery of defined activities
- Quality of Content delivered
- Accuracy of Research conducted
- Accuracy of Analysis done
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 3 years + experience on MS Power Point & MS Excel

- Creative & Open thinking

- System Savvy - High on MS PowerPoint & Average on MS Excel
