JOB SUMMARY:-

Data Security SME who is passionate, driven and bring innovative thinking to solve for security and privacy challenges across data life cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Communicating data security and privacy goals both internally and externally

- Designing controls for managing data security and privacy compliance such as IRDAI and AADHAAR Act

- Ensures the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business

- Monitoring the effectiveness of privacy-related risk mitigation and compliance measures

- Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness

- Responds to requests for access and corrections to personal information.

- Driving security and privacy-related awareness and training programs for employees

- Represents the control function in dealings with third parties

- Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools

- Assisting in implementation of data protection laws, and embed awareness initiatives in Privacy across business lines

- Assisting the Chief Information Security Officer in the fulfilment of responsibilities

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:-

- Ensure that there is complete visibility and traceability of data flow in organization

- Compliance to regulatory, statutory and legal obligations

- Improving the operational efficiency and knowledge management within the IS team

Data Leakage Prevention, Data Security, Privacy, Data Protection

Desired qualification and experience

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Information management and security (pref. B. Tech/M.Tech/MS)

- 4-6 years of experience in technologies such as DLP, DRM, Masking, Tokenization and data classification.

- Should have experience in Data Risk & Compliance, Data Privacy, Data Governance and Data leakage prevention

- Demonstrated skills in collaboration, team work and problem solving to achieve goals

- Knowledge and experience with information privacy acts and regulations

- Relevant certifications DCPLA, CIPT, CISA is an added advantage

- Strong Communication skills
