Position Manager (2) - Digital, Axis Incumbent Department Axis Relationship Function Axis Axis - Distribution Reporting to Senior Manager - Digital - Axis Location Gurgaon Home Office Team size (D/I) NA JOB SUMMARY - The role is created for solving end to end digital enablement of the customer journey and eco-system experience which is the key need of the hour as well as to ensure Market Leadership in Digital Sales in the Bancassurance space. Key Responsibility includes deliveries on business plan and digital program management (Direct customer journey in Bank channels and Thanos), Product launches (Deployment &amp; Activation), Critical engagement on Platform-Process Development &amp; Innovation for Initiatives, New Business Conversions and management, creating digital strategies to increase efficiency in BAU process and use digital analytical skills for creating new lines of sourcing. - Incumbent will create customer journey on multiple touchpoints viz. net banking, mobile banking, wallet, et el. by engaging with the bank stakeholders and improvise on the current Digital journey or work with physical distribution for enabling digital first strategy for business uplift and reducing linearity. - The incumbent will further partner with Axis Bank to leverage business intelligence and campaign management teams to drive successful campaigns as well as support channel deliveries on business plan for Digital Sales through multiple digital platforms and touch points. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Responsibilities include: Partnership &amp; Digital Program Management - Deliver on business plans viz. Direct customer journey in Bank across existing channels like net banking, mobile banking, Whatsapp, chatbot and new channels like Thanos - Devise digital strategy for the channel to deliver discontinuous growth for the Digital Sales vertical ~ 50 crore - Development &amp; end to end management of digital business delivery strategy for tele sales, Physical distribution and D2C (assisted/ Un- assisted business) - Partner relationship management including engagement map to ensure an aggressive share of achievement on Digital Sales - Improvise on current Digital journey and process efficiency to ensure delivery of Digital Sales with progressively superior performance metrics - Ensure focused interventions on strategic levers identified to deliver business plan and intervening with digital enablers for the delta - Competition benchmarking across the Banca channels in the market and delivery industry first initiatives - Enabling digital first products/ process flow and new initiatives in line with emerging trends - Focusing on strategies to leverage on partner existing distribution structure to create upsell, cross sell opportunities via bundling or standalone sales via assisted or guided mode - Enabling digital solution for reducing leakages, business tracking metrics and creating delta business line working in tandem with internal and bank stakeholders - Focusing on strategies to leverage on partner digital properties and touch points like NB, App, WhatsApp, Chabot, Website etc. to create upsell, cross sell opportunities via bundling or standalone sales Digital Marketing Campaign development - Plan and manage digital marketing communication for product launches, product sustenance &amp; sales support across various digital media vehicles - Manage campaign creation, development and execution for B2C sales journey for lead generation - Working with bank relevant teams to create a digital sourcing plan which enables use of ETB data to segment and target right audience with a right product. - Work closely with Marketing teams to drive relevant communications &amp; campaigns enabling D2C or remotely/ virtual assisted conversions - Launch Digital Products and ensure end end Deployment and Activation for them for the channels responsible and creating enablers/nudges for SP/SPOC's ease of conversion using analytics and segmenting approach backed with BI and data insights and issuance flow. - Creating a digital strategy for improving issuance, on-boarding and service for customer across the life cycle. - Using digital first approach to cross sell and upsell to the customer N-1 Products and creating actual value impact. - Collaborate with both Max life and Axis Bank stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive strategic response to win in the Digital space, at the same time be at par with global/local trends on digital space Measures of Success : - Delivery on Business Plan for the assigned channel. - Increment in Digital Sales through Digital platforms and new initiatives - Improvement in Quality &amp; Business Health metrics across the value chain Experience/Competencies : - 2-3 years of total experience in BFSI, ideally in Digital post MBA - Proven experience in developing strategies and customer journey through multiple digital platforms - Ability to communicate effectively, connect and inspire colleagues at all levels of the organization - Obsessed with customer centricity and has displayed innovative approaches towards the same - Strong influencing and negotiation skills - Experience in Digital Marketing metrics and funnel orientation - External orientation - both, from competitor and partner networking perspective What do we Believe?
