KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal stakeholder management
- End to End Project & Program Management of key initiatives by liaising with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, BPMA, Marketing, and other functions for timely resolution of queries and issues
- Drive & Implement new initiatives & ensure percolation to the Bank & MLI Field team
- Provide sub-channel reports per request
- Support in preparation of for Mgt/Field presentations
- Ensure timely & effective
Performance Management Analytics
- Conceptualize, design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/ Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management
- Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic Initiatives
- Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports.
- Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request
- Manage adhoc data requirements
Channel Enablement
- Support in preparation for Board Meetings/Distribution meets and other Presentations as per requirement
- Manage KRA for business partner
Measure of Success:
- Work as per Projects/Initiative/Forum timelines
- Coordination and relationship within and outside the function
- Consistency & Timeliness as per schedule for Dashboard publishing
- Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
- 5 - 7 yrs of relevant experience, preference to experience in life insurance
- Graduate, preferably MBA /CA/Post Graduate
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Cross - functional exposure
