JOB SUMMARY

Agreements:

1. Drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts

2. Drafting of commercial correspondence

3. Effective contract management

4. Implementing new initiatives related to the contract management system

Corporate Advisory : Conducting impact analysis of new laws and strategic orders of courts

Compliance Matters:

1. Assisting the Compliance team in drafting and finalizing outsourcing agreements and related queries

2. Interpreting applicable laws for devising policies and processes compliant with such laws

Coordinating with External Counsels:

- Working with external legal counsels on specific matters

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: LLB

Experience: Total work experience of 4-6 years. Experience of having worked in different areas of law whether in-house or in a law firm is desirable.
