Max Life Insurance - Chief Manager - Investments

Key Responsibilities:

- Successful candidate would need to demonstrate strong skillsets in databases like Bloomberg, CMIE database, Capitaline data, Reuters, ACE equity, CEIC database, python programming, visual basic, excel macros, advanced excel functionalities, quantitative analysis of fundamental corporate data, technical analysis of pricing data, MIS generation, equity research, financial modelling, valuation analysis and regularly appraise new and existing investments and identify potential companies for investment and divestiture

- Providing actionable ideas to the fund management team

- Close coordination with the fixed income and real estate teams for mutual benefit

Measures of Success

- Candidates would be required to work closely with CIO, Fund Managers, Analysts and provide analysis, data etc as per requirements in a time-bound manner

- Mathematic pieces relating to their sectors and interact with corporates, brokers, trade channels and internal stakeholders to successfully discharge their work.

Desired experience:

- A minimum experience of 10 years with a mutual fund, stock broker, investment bank, insurance company etc in the above skills

Knowledge and skills required:

- Candidate(s) with strong academics in the areas of programming, database analysis and management, sorting quering, statistical analysis
