JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for :
- Managing the Max Life Product, Brand, Platforms
- Seller engagement strategy in tandem with the channel marketing team
- Build Common Purpose and Brand Purpose as the key enabler for the business
- Key support to Insurance Awareness Council Campaign along with marketing leaders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advertising :
- Work with the advertising agency and media agency, and other agency partners
- Working on creative briefs and insights, with a focus on key cohorts (Affluent, Women)
- Work with research agency for insighting and feedback to optimize brand plans
- Ensure the timely launch of campaigns - ATL and BTL, across platforms
- Monitor performance of agency partners and build cost efficiency as the key deliverable to optimize budgets
Drive brand awareness and recall :
- Drive brand awareness and recall through - Best in Class- Alliances and advertising campaigns
- Focus on establishing a connect with the target audience and position the product offering successfully
Marketing Support :
- Support the Channel Marketing, Customer Marketing, Distribution Team with marketing collaterals eg. POS material, sales tools etc.
- Deliver impact with innovation in execution
Reporting :
- Brand Awareness scores and Brand Track Research
- Create and publish clear objectives and expectations from alliances with all roles in the process clearly defined
- Publish a monthly/quarterly update on alliances
Others :
- Develop and manage relationships across industries to suitably tap opportunities way before competition, therefore, giving Max Life a competitive edge
Build consumer preference via strategic long term platforms :
- Develop and manage key strategic platforms for the brand (and business) which build connect and preference for long term brand Leverage - protection- (key product and category feature) to build strategic advantage
- Balance ATL and BTL for these platforms with an - always on approach)
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Brand Awareness scores
- Target v/s achievement of ROI guidelines
- Quality of execution, adherence to timelines and innovativeness
- Feedback from Sales Channel heads
- Effective cost management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Graduate or an MBA
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- 7-10 years experience in Brand, Client Servicing in advertising agency will also be acceptable
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
