JOB SUMMARY
- The incumbent shall be responsible for delivering the Business Insurance output for the channel.
- The Role will be responsible for successful execution of the end to end business insurance program in the channel.
Operate as a SME:-
- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for Business Insurance in the Channel.
- Ability to resolve all queries of the field related to the business.
- Provide on the field support to the sales team to close deals.
Training and Development: -
- Spearhead all enablement initiatives for the producers and supervisors on business insurance.
- Design and deployment of the training content and training roadmap.
- Conduct workshop and on the field training of the sales team in key markets.
Cross Sell Campaign Management: -
- Align with analytics team to design and deploy existing customer campaigns.
- Develop a campaign Calendar to engage with customers during key milestones of the year.
- Monitor and drive key efficiency ratios of the campaigns.
Business Delivery and Dash boarding: -
- Lead all initiatives related to acquisition of new customers to scale business insurance sales for the channel.
- Deliver outcomes on key sales and quality vectors on BI for the channel.
- Create Dashboard and visibility on input and output vectors of the business to all stakeholders.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Achievement of Business Insurance sales targets.
- Drive efficiency matrices on key customer campaigns.
- Deliver the desired product mix.
- Drive desired activation, productivity and persistency in the channel.

- Internal - Department Head, Strategic Initiative Head, Max Skill First, BPMA.
- External - Vendors and Consultants
KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS REQUIRED
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources from a good institute
- 3-5 Years of experience in Business Insurance Sales
- Sound technical knowledge about business insurance concepts.
- Influencing and B2B selling Skills
- Training skills

- Should have good communication and inter personal skills
