Job Summary - The key responsibility for incumbent would be to work with Channel Heads and Distribution teams to drive 13M persistency and other initiatives to drive retention parameters - Closely work with Banca relationships of Max Life to drive 13M persistency and Banca relationship renewal income - Identify opportunity of improvement, obtain channel/ distribution alignment and track progress of the initiative Key Responsibilities - Front end organization renewal program with Banca relationships of Max Life - Responsible for driving 13M persistency and other renewal programs across channels with close coordination with Channel Heads and their Distribution Leaders - Strategic thinker and negotiator to enable channel partner alignment on new initiatives to drive renewal parameters - Identify current gaps in the process & facilitate decision making through data analytics - Identification of key concern areas and setting up on time resolution of the same - Program manage inter-departmental linkages for effective delivery - Engage with senior leadership team to update them on progress of customer retention parameters, early trends, initiative progress Measures of Success - Successful implementation of various improvement and strategic initiatives - FY 20 persistency 85% - FY 21 - Industry leader in persistency - Healthy relationship score
