Job Summary : - Steer the strategy and vision for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Translate enterprise wide priorities & initiatives into a regional & functional action plan - Provide deep domain knowledge, thought leadership to leadership teams and employees on various D&I related initiatives & best practices in line with the GPTW agenda to create an overall cultural and brand impact at organizational level - Plan, define and ensure the Diversity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives are executed as per defined timelines Key Responsibilities: - Steer the strategy and vision for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across Max Life - Translate enterprise wide priorities & initiatives into a regional & functional action plan - Ensure the priorities and initiatives are executes as per agreed timelines and outcome are met - Partner with senior business leaders to integrate diversity and inclusion practices into goals of all people managers and define measures of success for D&I initiatives across the enterprise - Provide deep domain knowledge, thought leadership to HRBPs & leadership teams on various D&I related initiatives & best practices in line with the GPTW agenda to create an overall cultural and brand impact at organizational level - Work with the HR & Business leads to enable processes to augment the ratios of different diversity pools (applicant flow, new hires, exits, transfers, and promotions) & identify potential areas of focus/opportunities to promote diversity initiatives - Make the organization future ready for a diverse pool of talent - Partner with MDP Team to create sensitization trainings & awareness programs on an ongoing basis in line with enterprise agenda of building an inclusive workplace - Conduct on-going research on demographic trends and practices, identify and recommend strategies for enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts through path breaking ideas - Develop the D&I core team and champions across regions to build expertise within the team and thereafter provide guidance and leadership to take the organization agenda to next level
