Job Summary : Manage IRDAI Filing, Budget & Financial Discipline for Marketing and Special Projects for Marketing Team
Key Responsibilities: Overall Marketing Budget
PR/PO:
- Raise the PR/PO for whole Marketing Team as per request.
- Monitoring, managing & Analyzing all payments requests and procurement processes of whole Marketing function
- Maintaining the record of all the PR's & PO's issued and Reconciliation with finance and procurement
Billing:
- Coordinating with Finance Department for Vendor Payouts.
- Manual Entering all the bills in Daksh (This adds up to total marketing budget)
- Payments requests for different vendors in ERP system
- Sharing provision with Finance
Vendor Management:
- Create new Vendor code with Finance Team
- Reactivation Existing vendor code, which de-activate in system
IRDAI Filing :
- Filing of all Insurance Advertisements with IRDAI.
- Check all the mandatories i.e. brand guidelines, disclaimers etc. should be present in the released ads which is received for filing.
- Do the manual entry of all released ads in the Advertisement filing tracker.
- Upload all Advertisements to be released by Marketing Dept. in IRDAI BAP system.
- Coordination with Legal Department for the filing of Advs.
- Ensure compliance with respect to all the marketing stakeholders.
- Adhering to the IRDAI TAT of filing the advertisements within 7 days of release.
- Collate all the Advertisement Material for future reference & paste them in advertisement register.
- Maintaining the filing Advertisement registers since 2010 till date.
- Monitoring all the filing related data and provide data for Audit & IRDAI queries.
- Submit monthly report to IRDAI of all advertisements launched by Marketing Dept.
- There are total 836 ads were being filed with IRDAI in the FY- 17-18.
Special Projects :
- Continue to support on Special Marketing Projects that enable the overall marketing calendar for the year
- Netcore Campaigns - Help team design automated campaigns for Netcore and improvise.
Measures of Success:
- Budget Tracking and ensure timely provisions are done
- No Misses on IRDAI Filing
- Project measure of success mapped to goals
- Internal stakeholders feedback
Desired experience: Preferably years in Marketing Operations. - Vendor Management, Campaign Management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Strong MS Excel skills, MS Word and Powerpoint proficiency
- Project management and a well organized individual
- Ability to multi task and perform under pressure situatons
- Worked on Internal Systems and softwares to manage budgeting, compliance
- Campaign Management tools
- IRDAI and regulatory framework experience will be preferred.
