The position is responsible for driving content for performance marketing Max Life. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of contentand communication for performance creatives.The role will encompass all content for email marketing, digital banners, videos, long format articles and product collaterals
This position with collaborate closely with- teams spanning Products, Compliance, Digital Product Management, Digital Analytics, Online Partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Power content and communication for performance marketing
- Craft and build new-age mobile first content for customer marketing and prospect marketing for multiple creative formats
- A/B test click-worthy headlines and subject lines to optimize click rates and open rates consistently
- Track creative content best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations for improvement
Impactful content writing marketing campaigns :
- Create content for new campaigns and optimise existing ones to enhance traffic and lead metrics
- Optimise prospecting and remarketing campaigns for higher clicks and engagement
- Develop and design content that visibility, awareness and positive imagery of the Brand along with positive impact on website search rankings
Category-building and awareness content:
- Oversee SEO friendly content for key categories protection, retirement planning, child education and wealth creation and more
- Continuous and contiguous content development to enhance insurance awareness thereby building the insurance categories
- Design interesting and engaging knowledge based content articles, blogs, FAQs, etc. with an objective to deliver personalized winning experiences to customers
Agency management:
- Lead, manage and coordinate with content and creative agencies to develop and execute effective communication
- Identify topics, co-create content plan with agency for optimal utilisation
- Rigorously examine and edit content written by the agency, provide timely feedback
- Review the Agency's performance periodically and present the summary and recommendations to the management
Regulatory and compliance:
- Ensure diligent and timely compliance approvals on all on-page content
- Timely filing of all content with the regulator
- This role requires a performance oriented publisher mindset.
- You need to be constantly on your toes looking for trending topics, engagement worthy ideas and be able to execute content with speed and precision
Key competencies/skills required :
- Ability to look objectively at subjective content
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively with other functions to identify and manage content supply chain
- Eye for detailing and ability to use data-driven insights
- Commitment to deadlines
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree/PG in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred; 3-4 years of total experience in managing content for a premier brand or agency
- At least 2 yrs core experience in dedicated content handling role
- Functional understanding of Adobe Experience Manager, working understanding of SEO tools will be an add-on
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other Web Analytics packages
Key Performance Metrics : Website Traffic, Engagement Parameters (Time Spent, Bounce Rate etc), Organic Lead Volumes, page search rankings
