AVP – Operations and Technology Learning and Development
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for complete CoE Financial Management and Analytics (Budgeting, Business Planning, Tracking performance, Cost Management, MIS, Analytics), Governance and Compliance and technology implementation of LMS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Planning and Budgeting
- Collection of data and other inputs from various sources required for business planning.
- Analysis of current situation (internal and market) to derive domestic and international trends.
- Support formulation of business strategy
- Sales Forecasting/planning.
- Preparation of Budgets
- Tracking of Revenue and Expense
- Financial modelling across all new initiatives
- Support in Management decision making through analytics
- Profitability modelling
- Proposing and implementation of cost management initiatives
- Support in Presentations
MIS and Performance analysis
- Support comprehensive MIS to the field for effective tracking of business
- Tracking of MOS and support strategy to achieve the same
- Provide Management Information System Support to the senior management of CoE
- Track and analyse competitor activity and performance
- Carry our detail trend analysis to support decision making
Governance and Compliance
- Build and strengthen governance mechanism to ensure improved tracking and performance measurement
- Support business reviews through insightful analytics
- Presentations to support governance reviews
- Ensure Compliance requirements from the regulator are met
- Clarifications / queries and interface on regulatory compliance
Technology
- Develop, implement and maintain the Learning Management System
- Measures to improve usage of the LMS
- Scope new functionalities
- Carry out testing
- Launch new field technology initiatives as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- CA, MBA Finance
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years related experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Financial modelling and forecasting
- Planning and strategy
- Good knowledge of Accounting practices
- Strong analytical abilities
- Senior Management exposure
- High on Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Leadership abilities
