Job Purpose:
- The role holder will work with the Growth and M&A team to drive business planning and analysis, growth, M&A and other strategic projects as per organizational priorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support business planning exercise by facilitating annual operating plan development across business units
- Support the leadership at Max in driving business performance improvement initiatives
- Benchmark business performance metrics against key competitors and evaluate potential opportunities to grow through both organic and inorganic means
- Financial modelling and valuation for M&A deals including identification of synergies
- Support end to end due diligence process across all functional areas
- Maintain updated repository of industry trends and competitors' performance metrics
- Prepare standard and customized analysis and documents/presentations on business performance, as directed by MHC leadership, on a regular / case to case basis
- Program management for select high impact business projects
- Lead the planning and blueprinting
- Evaluate business and financial viability
- Set up the execution machinery and rhythm
- Partner with teams executing on the ground and/or monitor execution
- Independently own and operate select governance processes (e.g. Weekly MC Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, and Quarterly Board Meetings etc.) including agenda setting, content creation/ quality control, program management of outcomes, highlighting issues etc.
