Max Bupa Health Insurance - Senior Manager - Renewals (8-10 yrs)
Senior Manager in Renewals Team (Supervisory Role) will manage team members preparing MISs, handling Dialer, conduct Analytics (both dialer and data), work on New Initiatives (end to end) and manage outsourced Vendor. This resource will be responsible for
- providing solutions for department level work strategies
- exploring and implementation of new technologies to increase collections
- conducting analytics
- Dialer Management and data driven strategy.
- MIS management
- Vendor Management
- Developing new processes by identifying, new enhancements, UAT Testing and product launch
- End to end system development of identified enhancements through team members responsible directly for developing systems. Above includes Requirement gathering, testing and successful roll out.
- Conduct analytics for dialer strategies and MIS's for new initiatives and dialer strategies.
- Revamp of existing communications and engagement.
- Provide insight to quality and Training team through MIS's for productivity enhancement
- Strong Analytical and inter-personal skills
- Ability to manage a team and manage conflicts in a tactical manner and positive resolution
Preferred Skill Set
- Expertise in Dialer Management,
- MIS and Dashboards management (Efficient in Microsoft tools)
- Past experience in managing call center teams and insurance domain knowledge
- Expertise in process and Operations management
- A Graduate/ Post graduate degree holder in any discipline
Minimum Experience : 8 to 10 years
Salary Offered : 10-13 LPA
