- Responsible for leading the strategic design maintenance of business intelligence solutions and solving complex data needs to drive timely decisions by senior executives. - Design data flow architecture, dashboards and interfaces for business users (at various levels) using visualization tools. - Responsible for up-skilling the team and manage performance to ensure solutions are designed and delivered as per roadmap. - Providing management with targeted, incisive and succinct dashboards, reports and analysis that promote data-driven decisions - Provide strategic input and support of the organization's Business Intelligence roadmap implementation and continued evolution - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team, anticipating bottlenecks and monitoring success - Prioritize analytical requests in face of changing priorities and competing demands Minimum Qualification: - B Tech / MBA from premier institutes such as IIT / IIMs etc. - Strong academic performance in college - preferably CGPA &gt;7.5
