Role Description: A Solutions Manager role is to lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of our Data Solutions. You will also be accountable for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing business solutions. This individual will apply strong proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best industry practices to guide his/her team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical tasks. Job Responsibilities &amp; KRAs: - Define solutions and proposals - Primary and secondary research on Data technologies and industry trends/ solutions - Drive customer meetings for pitching data solutions - Respond to RFI &amp; RFP- s - Conduct and facilitate workshops - Drive value in customer engagements through banking / data - domain expertise - Ability to drive conversations with CXO level customers - Articulate and present thoughts into comprehensive artifacts - Own and deliver timely proposals and collaterals Experience &amp; Quaification - Experience of 6-8 years - Financial services &amp; Data Solutions experience - Active engagement in mid to large size deals - Education - MBA/ BE ( preferable ) Other Key Competencies - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and IT executives on technology decisions in a fast paced high growth environment. - Ability to conceptualise and articulate technology solutions both to senior management and to the technical teams. - Team leadership &amp; Management skills. - Strong analytical and problem- solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions - Complex problem solving skills and the ability to push innovation on solutions. - Ability to work under pressure, manage expectations effectively and not get overwhelmed by pressures on team - Ability to review source code from a feature analysis perspective. - Distinct technology focus from a market standpoint and a quality mind-set - Ability to manage own learning and contribute to functional knowledge building - Ability to work both independently and in various team settings - Excellent time management skills and ability to take responsibility for deliverables - Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment
