- Looking for a senior Training and Development professional to lead both design and deliver initiatives for Leads and upward level and drive ROI - Responsible to collaborate with businesses to understand and develop key training initiatives, create content and execute programs in the areas of people management, client management, leadership development and Business/project management specific areas. - Building partnership to co-create structured programs with external institutions to fast track talents tacking up Delivery Management role in Multi-Service and strategic accounts context. - Collaborate with external forums / institutions to run events and inculcate industry specific learnings. - Drive training efficacy review and continuous improvement on content development and other interventions - Execute training initiatives in a multi-region context through face-to-face and virtual mode. - The role will be involved for all four business of QA/QE services, Digital, T24, and Data Background - Mandatory - Overall 12+ years minimum but not more than 15 years of experience - Should have worked in IT Industry. Should have handed Talent transformation initiatives (Skilling / upskilling technical skills) Example: Driving waterfall to agile transition, Digital transformation in Banking etc. - Should have content development / training management experience - Experience in both IT and Banking Vertical - Strong communication skills (oral and writing).
