Maveric Systems - Senior Manager - Marketing - Core Banking Services (10-15 yrs)
- Conceptualize and drive marketing initiatives for Maveric's Temenos business unit
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at building awareness across the target stakeholders for Temenos services
- Maximize the effectiveness of business unit marketing initiatives across digital and social channels - focusing on areas like online presence, SEO, social media, thought leadership, content syndication, programmatic Ads, events, webinars etc.
- Understand offerings, package services, success stories and create market-facing collaterals
- Track engagement across marketing initiatives by focus accounts and drive them to business outcomes through collaboration with account management/sales teams.
- Conceptualize and drive initiatives for enhancing the visibility of the leadership team of Temenos business unit.
- Collect insights across key areas like spend trends, technology landscape, vendors both present as well as historic, on an ongoing basis. Map these to various customer stakeholder levels, categorize in terms of relevance and design methods of targeted dissemination in consultation with account leadership team.
- Evaluate, map and monitor competitive activity in focus accounts. Identify values/benefits for our services that can differentiate Maveric from the competition.
- Bachelor/Master's in technology stream with MBA/PGDM.
- Minimum experience of 10 years across IT services marketing
- Demonstrated understanding across core banking products and platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convert ideas into executable initiatives
- Strong ability to create powerful visuals and compelling content for marketing collateral/assets
- Self-driven individual with the ability to not only gather insights proactively, but also execute initiatives and run the same as a customer engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms and channels
- Solid experience in understanding market trends, competitor offerings and strengths and conceptualize value propositions for customers.
