Objective-1 - Generate interest & excitement through value driven solutions - Create mind share in the customer through thought leadership in the quality engineering space - Strategize & package compelling technical & commercial propositions that address customer needs & offers value - Deliver use case centric solution demonstrations to business and technical audiences - Engage with existing and potential customers to identify business opportunities - Partner with sales & account management teams to achieve sales & account targets - Conduct & sustain impactful CXO engagements across prospects & key accounts - Lead & deliver short consulting assignments / POCs as may be required for conversion of opportunities - Lead the handover of won deals to delivery Objective-2 - Develop the competency of the team towards both individual & organization's success - Strategize and develop cutting edge QE solutions contextual for banks that can maximise conversion for potential customers - Strategize and lead the development of go to market assets covering capabilities, blueprint solution approaches and 'show & tell' solutions - Continually provide direction to the team for building re-usable artefacts What you will bring to the table: - 14-18 years of experience in IT out of which at least 2 years in pre-sales & 8+ years of hands on delivery experience in software testing - Experience engaging in proposal defense (tech & commercial), discovery and demos with UK & EU customers - Competency at the level of providing thought leadership on Quality Engineering in the Digital ecosystem in the banking domain - Expertise in True BDD, TDD, ATDD adoptions in Value stream and Kanban models of delivery - Ability to influence & partner with sales, account management & delivery - Ability to work with business leaders and influence them to look at 12-18 months ahead on Talent requirements - Has excellent oral & written communication with impact presentation design & delivery - Proven ability to field questions from customers - Ability to manage multiple proposals / pre-engagement - Tech minded with a passion for emerging technology and the ability to stay on top of industry changes & trends - Proven experience in consulting for technology for banks - Proven experience in strategizing and developing winning proposals (Tech & commercial) - Client specific Technical competencies assessment and execution of training & certifications - Competency framework specific to each service across Data, Digital and Quality Engineering - Ability to work independently with minimal direction - Must possess strong analytical and Problem-solving skills - Flexible for short & frequent travel to customer locations both within and outside India for engagement & conversions
