Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Support Business Heads in all matters relating to Maveric's business strategy and performance. - Execute strategic projects (under priority accounts) across businesses / functions, identifying gaps, aligning stakeholders, ensure projects are moving forward, coordinate reporting and following up on progress. - Collect data, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze, do research, create effective summaries across business / functions for leadership decisions. - Plan and co-ordinate, for Senior Management Team meetings, Strategic Workshops, Conferences etc - Conducting project review with different businesses and creating detailed reports for leadership team. - Developing and publishing MIS, scheduling review meetings, updating corrective actions. - Will be responsible for Go to Market for Europe and support - In identifying customer segments (Prospects) - Identifying partnerships - Determining services / solutions - Delivery impact - Defining process for delivery oversight - Defining metrics for delivery impact - Review of technical and managerial talent deployed (for project execution) - Capacity and competency planning - Rolling forecast of head count requirement - Segregating of competencies - Detailing Hiring and Nurturing plans - Fulfilling hire and nurture deficiencies - Client satisfaction - Preparing and launching annual customer surveys - Deep study on delivery impact and customer satisfaction Background : - Overall 8 to 10 years of experience minimum with MBA from Premium B Schools. (5 years- experience post MBA is Mandatory) - Should have minimum of 5-year experience in IT Services industry. - Exposure to IT Services and solutions under DATA, Digital and Quality Engineering (Minimum 2 out of 3 services is mandatory) - Has supported Business Leaders (tenure of 24 to 36 months) in 1. Business Planning 2. Account Growth 3. Account specific delivery improvement - Exposure to project management tools and project planning tools. - Demonstrate ability to independently engage with business leaders. - Deep understanding of analytics, data management and documentation. - Strong communication skills (oral and writing). - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance - Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Tech aware in terms of new developments and where QE and IT services are headed Good to Have : - Managed PMO role in a similar IT Services industry, for the CEO/ Business Heads - Exposure to servicing BFSI clients. - Pre MBA, IT Experience in delivery - Exposure to Europe markets
