Key Responsibilities As a Partner Account Manager, following would be the key responsibility: - Engage and work at different levels with partners on a continuous basis to execute business initiatives, define accelarators, increase sale of our services within the partner organization. - Fullfill a revenue target of USD 3MM for next year, going to USD 7 MM over two years. - Focus on new sales in Europe- Benelux/Nordic/Switzerland and UK/Ireland, involving a high degree of travel. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on opportunities and come up with solutions. - Participate in account planning and secure revenue forecasts by working with cross-functional teams. - Research market trends and competition and develop new initiatives. - Provide pre-sales support on opportunities and ensure conversion. - Prepare and deliver presentations, demo on accelarators for potential opportunities with the ability to persuade and close business. - Lead response for proposals and proposal defence. - Participate in events to showcase appropriate solutions and accelerators. - Manage and report metrics on opportunities pipleline, financials and partnership activities. Qualifications and other requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field preferred. - Experience in core banking applications in one or more areas of retail, corporate, wealth and payments. - Familiarity with digital banking platforms. - Experience in pre-sales or account management responsibility with digital platforms. - Has handled new sales in the European region of USD 3-5 MM. - Experience in working with banking solution vendors and/or banks. - Prior experience to have worked with partners leading to increased revenues would be an advantage. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills. - Able to travel to both domestic and international locations to meet and liaise with partners and clients.
