Position Summary:   This T24 leader will be expected to work closely with cluster leadership (Client Partner, Technical Partner and Account Manager) in taking our T24 Services offerings to an identified target audience. The person will be expected to engage with technical and business leaders in the banks to identify, understand and articulate their key pain points, needs and challenges in T24 - across various contexts like upgrade, BAU operations and also other small and large enhancements in the bank's application landscape.   Once the team creates engagement opportunity, this leader should be able to lead engagement & conversations with multiple stakeholders to appropriately present our offerings and competencies, propose solutions, convert and subsequently enable impactful delivery by playing an active role in bringing together right talent and also providing tight governance and oversight to delivery. This person should be able to plan for T24 new services talent ahead of time in the cluster based on business visibility.   While this person will be embedded in a cluster and reporting to a Client Partner, she/he would be expected to closely work with the central T24 Service Leadership team on fine tuning the offerings, development and growth of the T24 Service line.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  - Understand the overall technology stack of the client, and the tech road map for the next 18-24 months  - Understanding client pain points within and around T24   - Provide and validate solutions on all aspects of T24 Implementations, Upgrades which result in Customizations, new Interfaces, new application additions  - Meet Clients on regular basis to identify new opportunities   - Should be capable of doing workshops with clients to solicit solution expectations   - Build relationships, uncover dependencies and influence stakeholders  - Assist the cluster in recruiting talent and mentoring the cluster team  Competencies:  Technical: (some or many of the below)  Fair understanding of Application Integration Knowledge, Enterprise Architecture  T24 Specific  Platform knowledge  - Good knowledge of TAFC & TAFJ architecture  Connectivity  - Knowledge of T24 connectivity, TOCF, TOCF(EE)  - Knowledge of OFS and OFSML  - Knowledge of T24 architecture mainly Interaction and Integration Framework, Data Framework  T24 Technical Knowledge   - Fair knowledge of InfoBasic and Java offerings  - Fair understanding of T24 programming concepts and performance optimization concepts  - Knowledge of various Channels, including TCIB and TCMB will be an added advantage  DB knowledge  - Adequate knowledge of jBase, Oracle   Migration & Upgrades  - Should have worked in minimum 1 Migration / Upgrade projects as part or leading a team, able to understand the challenges involved in such activity  - Fair understanding of data security concepts and offerings within the product  - Understanding of Release/Deployment and Environment management  - Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban  Non-Technical: (some of the below)  - Adequate knowledge of all functional offering of T24 which will provide an edge for conversing with clients  - T24 Functional knowledge in at least three of the following business area  - Core Banking and Retail  - Corporate Banking and Trade Finance  - Payments  - Treasury  - Private Wealth Management  - Financial Accounting and Reporting  - Knowledge of Islamic Banking products will be an advantage  - Good/Any knowledge of Business Intelligence, Liquidity Management, Regulatory reporting, Basel II, PSD2 will be an advantage  IT Project/Program Management experience   Background and Experience:  Mandatory:  - Strong Technical delivery grounding - with demonstrated delivery experience in some of both, technical and non-technical competencies (mentioned above)  - Good relationship management skills. Should be able to independently connect at CXO level  - Below 40 yrs. - Approx. 10 years+ of T24 experience  - Open to short and frequent travel  Nice to have:  - Middle East Regional experience
