Matter - Senior Associate - Investment & Strategy Team

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our Strategy & Investment Advisory team as an Associate. At Matter our mission is to build businesses that matter, and we are looking for candidates who are excited to identify, evaluate and build businesses, and work with inspiring and ambitious entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities will include :

- Sourcing exciting business and investment opportunities

- Evaluating and Analyzing proposals and opportunities

- Execution and Project Management for our clients including developing new strategies and business models, identifying solutions to optimize operations and helping build relationships to drive new business development

Requirements :

- Masters degree (optional), with at least 4 years of work experience in corporate/venture capital, private equity, management consulting, investment banking or business strategy roles

- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail

- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to take ownership and manage multiple workflows

- Entrepreneurial, able to take on responsibility and deliver results in a fast paced environment

- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation :

The salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience
