Function: Finance and Corporate Development

Key Result Areas -

- Carry out specific management projects relating to the strategic roadmap, corporate strategy, business planning, and M&A-related decisions.

- Conduct business analysis of sectors/ventures focussing on market sizing, and trend analysis, including profitability and KPIs, and forecasts.

- Consolidate and review together with senior executives/business heads

- Track and provide analytical reports on the development and progress of target segments/ sub-segments.

- Prepare presentations, notes, and communique outlining initiatives

- Assist in arranging meetings and conferences with senior leaders; coordinate with stakeholders, internal and external.

Required Skills:

- Technical knowledge in one or both primary sectors of our focus: energy storage/electric mobility

- Additional points for having knowledge in the next set of sectors of focus: cloud/IIOT// Web3

- Good analytical skills, data comprehension, logical reasoning, and inference development

- Strong communication skills, including effective interactions with senior executives

- Advanced skills in MS Office

Qualifications -

- Grad/Post Grad. from IITs/IISCs

Experience: 2-4 years in relevant technical fields
