Process Excellence Head - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager level (8-10 yrs)

Head Process Excellence - Sr. Manager/ AGM Level (Six Sigma Black Belt certified)

Reporting to : CTO / COO

Objective : Objective is to create a process centric Organization and drive continuous improvement in our processes to make the organization more robust, improve our internal efficiencies and provide better experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- To understand all the business and functional processes; work closely with the stakeholders in mapping / documenting the processes & SOPs

- To carry out a regular audit of the processes and ensure strict adherence to the processes by all stakeholders

- To review the processes along with the stakeholders at regular intervals, identify process improvements and eliminate unwarranted steps or processes to make the organization more agile, improve the speed of execution by reducing the TAT at every step in different processes

- To work closely with the Digitization / IT Team and help them to prioritize and digitize the processes

- Build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying improvement projects though Idea Generation / FGDs etc and drive them through CFTs by actively involving all stakeholders and participation of all associates

- Be the custodian of all processes, maintain a central repository of all processes, continuously update the processes, and ensure proper document/version control

- To identify and suggest the right approach & tools viz. 6 sigma for driving the improvement projects

- To Train managers/associates on creating processes / SOPs, implementing improvement projects using various tools & techniques

- To play the role of MR / SPOC for certification under various bodies

Education and Experience :

- Graduate/ PG with 8 - 10 years of experience, with minimum 4 years in process excellence / Six Sigma black belt role certified.

- Thorough implementation knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean / Six sigma)

- Preferably from a Internet / Ecommerce / BFSI / Telecom domain
