Designation : Manager HR

Role : Regional HR Manager

Reporting to DGM / GM - HR

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for volume and lateral hiring for Karnataka region.

- Responsible for manpower planning, budgeting and ensuring quality resources are provided on time to support the business requirements and ensure smooth operations of the business.

- To drive various initiatives in building a strong Employer Brand for the region.

- Account management & partnership approach with internal & external stakeholders, manage customer expectations & thereby establishing effective working relationships

- To drive campus engagement program and build a strong association with different Institutes

- To understand HR strategies, policies, practices & also compensation structuring & benefit packages & be able to address the same with employees whenever required

- To take lead in driving various programs to identify talent at risk, reduce attrition and ensure retention of good talent

- To continuously review / monitor employee productivity & costs and ensure employee cost is in line with the budget

- Provide inputs on workforce and succession planning

- Drive HR processes / initiatives viz employee engagement, performance management process, rewards & recognition programs.

- Regular structured meetings with business leadership

- To assess, identify and develop talent / HIPPOs in the organization and ensure the availability of a robust talent pipeline in the organization.

- To ensure good governance and total compliance under various statutes and company's processes viz. POSH, Code of Conduct etc and continuously drive various initiatives to build a positive work culture in the region.

Education and Experience: MBA, with minimum 12-15 years of relevant work experience.
