Designation General Manager

Role National Sales Head Elite Matrimony

Reporting to VP - BM

Function Elite Matrimony

Brief Description about the role

Responsible for revenue generation and lead the growth and transformation of elite business.

- This position provides direct oversight and management to branch managers who are responsible for managing relationship managers

- Responsible for Sales funnel management through the central Toll-free team and the regional offices to effectively convert the incoming leads

- Responsible to expand into new markets and new locations, improve individual and team productivity, generate new potential clients and renewal of existing clients

- Responsible for managing overall P&L accounts under his/her vertical

Educational Qualifications and work experience

- Bachelors degree required with MBA from reputed institute (Sales & Marketing)

- 14-18 years experience in handling B2B & B2C sales from Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management and Hospitality segments

Skill sets

- Proven Sales record and marketing acumen to generate revenue

- Strong executive presence

- Experience in HNI selling at a Regional or National role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and the presence to deliver the company's vision and product definitions to both large and small audiences

- Create, develop, enhance, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Elite Matrimony

- Good knowledge about economics and market trends

- Business related computer skills- Microsoft office suite

- Expert at coaching and leveraging key metrics, marketing strategies to increase sales productivity

Key Deliverable

- Leading Elite sales teams to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by promoting best practices, tools and techniques for exceptional sales performance.

- Aim for both topline and bottom-line growth and improve productivity per person.

- Development of sales metrics and reporting capabilities that support productive, focused sales management discussions and activities

- Good people management skills

- Development of a training methodology designed to increase sales rep productivity of Elite.

- Ensure best practices in the sales process

- Ensure timely execution of sales orders and improve conversion %

- Collaborate with customer servicing team also to ensure high renewal rates

- Successful implementation of HNI events

- Motivating and driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with sales methods and processes

- Manage team of regional managers/heads pan India

- Ensuring Pre-Decided targets for the team are met on a regular basis

- Acquire daily/monthly updates from the regional managers/heads

- Ability to meticulously generate and manage pipeline and conversions through funnel management process

- Review the sales projection/pipeline process ensuring that sales milestones, on a daily/weekly basis, are met and projections remain accurate

- Analyzing sales statistics and trends to determine business growth potential and focus
