Function : Revenue Generation -Tambulya (Tambulya.in)
Brief Description :
Responsible to ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our corporate customers and to increase the client base, achieve and exceed sales targets,
Educational Qualifications :
Any graduate (MBA would be added advantage) with a relevant experience for a minimum of 4-6 yrs in handling corporate / institutional sales in gifting or stationary businesses.
Skill sets :
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skill, with Proficiency in Hindi and English; Being multilingual is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills
- Superior communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

Key Deliverable :
- Sales Planning & Strategy
- Identify Target Sectors, Clients, and Size Opportunities
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Lead Identification & Generation
- Develop a Target List of Organizations to make pitching.
- Brainstorm and contribute in developing a differentiated pitch to each organization
- Cold Calling individual companies to identify needs and set up meetings.
- Pipeline Management & Maintenance
- Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly
- Develop regular MIS reports on targets
- Lead internal review meetings for sales
- Account Management- handling various clients & managing relationships
- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
