Roles & Responsibilities :
- The candidate will undertake leadership to analyze data, think creatively and devise digital strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.
- Oversees a team of Digital marketing, email marketing & ORM executives that lead the creation and execution of strategic deliverables.
- The candidate will be working directly with business teams to develop and execute omni channel campaigns leveraging email and paid strategies.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
- Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads manager and other analytics platforms
- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business.
- Use data and analytics to drive excellence across all acquisition channels; design and develop reports and dashboards to analyze, forecast, track and communicate key metrics.
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies through continuous communication testing, trying different formats and platforms
- Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks and deliver on strategies for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 5+ yrs of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance.
- Must possess strong knowledge of Google Adwords, SME, & email marketing
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
- Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
