Responsibilities:
- Build and Enhance the match recommendation algorithms accommodating for changing customer needs and product landscape
- Customer behavior analysis to uncover individual needs and preferences
- Insights to optimize customer interactions and engagement with the product
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to test and deploy algorithm enhancements
- Work with product, engineering and business teams for successful implementation of recommendations
- Contribute to the improvement of data science infrastructure, incorporating the ground experience and customer feedback
Core Competencies:
- Proven competencies in learning new products and services
- Extensive experience in predictive modelling and data mining
- Expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, python or R
- Preferred experience in deep learning, image analysis and social network analysis
Skills:
- Strong business and analytical skills.
- Proficient in application of advanced machine learning concepts
- Proven ability to build and deploy algorithms from scratch
