Head Process Excellence Manager

Objectives:

Build an organizational capability that fosters a culture of "process excellence", contributing to revenue growth, efficiency uptick and customer experience transformation

Build a structured approach to "process excellence" across the life-cycle, including diagnostics, transformation, continuous improvement and automation

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth: Identify, evaluate and drive process excellence initiatives which contribute to revenue growth. These initiatives could span across all our business units and our functions

Productivity and Efficiency Expansion: Identify, evaluate and drive process excellence initiatives which contribute to meaningful expansion in productivity and efficiency across the organization. These initiatives could span across all our business units and functions

Customer Experience Transformation: Identify, evaluate and drive process excellence initiatives which have a marked impact on customer experience. These initiatives could span across all our business units and functions

Foundation Building: Understand all the business and functional processes; work closely with stakeholders in mapping and documenting the processes & SOPs. Be the custodian of all processes, maintain a central repository of all processes, continuously update the processes and ensure proper document/version control

Lifecycle Ownership: Champion and drive end-to-end process lifecycle activities, including diagnostics, recommendation, process transformation, continuous monitoring, continuous improvements, etc. Build a culture of continuous improvement by identifying improvement projects though idea generation, FGDs, etc. and drive them by actively involving all stakeholders

Process Maturity and Audits: Establish process maturity benchmarks, bring in a structured approach to continuously measure and improve process maturity. Be the owner of all process audits (internal and external). Drive LEAN and six-sigma projects for a targeted set of processes.

Digitization and Automation: Proactively identify and drive digitization and/or automation initiatives across the organization.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organization

- Passionate to take ownership and demonstrate tenacity in driving organization-wide initiatives and delivering outcomes

Experience & Skills Required:

- 6-8 years of well-rounded experience in process excellence and/or process transformation roles, across the life-cycle from diagnostics to transformation and continuous improvements

- Certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt

- Strong process orientation, audit knowledge, knowledge of various quality models and tools for driving process excellence

- Excellent analytical skills, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organization (from CXO teams through middle management and front-line associates)

- Passionate to take ownership and demonstrate tenacity in driving organization-wide initiatives and delivering outcomes

- MBA from a top-tier school preferred; Undergraduate degree from a top-tier school preferred.
