The Campaign Manager is accountable for the success of vendors on the Matrimony platform, using analytics and systems and by working with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders within the company.

Will report to Head of Value Delivery function

Department Overview: The Value Delivery function is the epicenter of all wisdom of the wedding services market and the business, steering the value creation process for both the customer and the vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the assigned vendor campaigns from the campaign start date and ensure that the campaigns are on-track based on the commitments made by the sales team / system at the time of on-boarding.

- Conduct periodic audit for all campaigns and initiate actions wherever necessary.

- Co-ordinate with internal teams such as customer support, traffic, marketing, product and sales team to resolve delivery issues to achieve a superior RoI for the vendors.

- Create milestones and checklist for the campaign management life cycle.

- Identify the key parameters for the success of the campaign and work with the Sales teams for successful renewals

- Responsible for accrual revenue and Vendor retention %

- Pro-active intervention if something goes wrong with the vendor's campaign

- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to use data and tools to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and conversion

- Any graduate (MBA from a reputed institute is an advantage)

- 2+ year of work-experience in start-ups, telecom, marketing or operations roles

- Must have been an individual contributor
