Math Buddy - State Business Head - Sales & Marketing (5-15 yrs)
The State Business Head- is responsible for all the Sales, Marketing and Service Delivery activities throughout the assigned State. He/ She will report to the Chief Business Officer.
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the state's revenues with P&L responsibilities.
- Responsible for State's New Sales Target and Renewal/Upsell Target.
- Responsible for MoM growth in the region taking ownership of expanding and revenue generation including unexplored territories in their regions.
- Building & leading Sales & Customer Success teams in initiating new accounts & managing relationships with existing ones, thereby ensuring a healthy mix of school partners.
- Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the state & ensuring its execution.
- Be able to find and establish relationships with distributors, consultants, and partners, and utilize these channels to expand revenue.
- Aggressively develop the pipeline of schools for Math Buddy products.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of Math Buddy in that community.
- Be able to drive closure of the school deals for both new and renewal/upsell leads.
- Meet sales targets consistently and keep the pipeline up-to-date in CRM.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Qualities:
- Experience in Education Industry will be preferred
- B2B Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in the Education industry.
- Team Leading and Managing skills with the ability to drive team performance.
- Entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong time management & communication skills in English, preferably in the local language as well.
- A bachelor's/Master's or equivalent degree from an institute of repute
Location and Remuneration:
- The position is open for Maharashtra, Karnataka & Tamil Nadu states & will require significant travel in the assigned state.
- Remuneration is competitive & on par with industry standards.
