The Head - Finance is responsible for finance and accounts related activities in the company. He/ She will manage a small team of accountants and report to the CEO. Key Responsibilities : - Ensuring Financial Accounts are maintained on timely and accurate basis. - Develop accounting processes and ensure compliance with these accounting standards. - Conduct of Internal Audit / Statutory Audit and coordination with both the audit teams. - Analyze financial data and take active role in strategy development - Manage receivables and ensure timely collection - Inventory management - Interacting with Company appointed CA Firm & Company Secretary - Budgeting and Analyses of variance with actuals - Accounts finalization and ensure all statutory compliance - Be upto date with corporate governance laws Required Qualifications, Skills & Qualities : - Needs to be a Chartered Accountant - Excellent knowledge of Accounting Standards / Tax Laws / Labour laws - Proficient with Tally ERP system - Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills - Candidate should possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
