Job Description :
- The person will be responsible to see that the material required for production at all the manufacturing stations is available in time through internal and external coordination with related agencies.

Our client is a Saudi based MNC and one of leading manufacturers of wind turbine since 30 years. They are the largest growing company in the wind energy while having presence across the globe having second largest R&D facility in Bangalore and headquartered in Mumbai.
Description
- To prepare and circulate the material visibility reports to the concern authorities and implement the same with the suppliers for prompt deliveries.
- To monitor the material flow and maintain the balance of supply through forecast and back up plans.
- To supervise the day to day stock yard activities through information tools and ensure the perfect record keeping.
- To ensure the implementation of SOP for the function.
- To ensure matching of system Vs. actual inventory at stock yard as well as at manufacturing stations.
- To ensure the minimum level of inventories at stock yard through coordination within the vertical and other cross functional departments.
- To verify, inspect, and certify the scrap generation and it's records as per SOP and arrange for effective scrap disposal at good rates.
- To make and review the material issue plans with stock yard and manufacturing station heads.
Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in an achievement oriented set up
- Inventory control and management of wind turbines
- Person should have good understanding of vendors in Indian & Global markets
- Planning & Organising skills besides strong supply forecasting
