- Accounting of daily transactions in Net Suite for Matchmove & it's subsidiaries. - Month-end book closure activities, accruals, re- class, and ad-hoc journal entry processing. - Updating the monthly checklist for smooth closure of books & financials - Bank reconciliation Statement for all operative & non operative accounts. BRS recon in Net Suite. - Taking care of accounts payable, verify the vendor's bill, approving the bills and informing the management for payment with Essential details : - Good Knowledge of TDS & GST - Creation of SOP for the existing processes & changes to the existing process and contribute to improve the efficiency. - Responsible for the monthly reporting of status report. - Preparation of Journal entries and clearing the Open items thereof. - Preparation of GL reconciliation on an ongoing basis - Preparation of schedules for both Balance Sheet & P&L - Help in closure of local Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Group Audit etc - Trend & Variance analysis. - Helping Controller on month close and process related queries Qualification Chartered Accountant-with 1 year of experience Non CA-with 2-5 years of experience Notice Period: 1 Month
