MatchMove is looking for an HR Business Partner at Bangalore to support the organisation's growth through People initiatives. The HRBP will work closely with business groups across geographies on the HR-led differentiators of today- talent, performance and change. The person will bring fresh thinking in purpose, capability and deliverables. Responsibilities: - Contributing to strategy discussions and decision-making. - Helping execute strategy. - Providing ideas and challenge to management teams, thus acting as a catalyst for change. - Advising them on people issues, supported by robust measurement and evaluation - Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics and standard reports for ongoing requirements - Assist in Talent Acquisition, Talent & Risk Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, among other HR programs. - Think afresh to ideate and implement practices for improving business deliverables and employee experience. - Be an effective HR advisor and support to employees. Skills and Qualifications : - MBA in HR / Degree in Engineering or Science with prior experience in HR - 3-8 years HR experience at a progressive start-up will be a big plus. - Effective communication skills. Strong work ethics and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. - Resourceful, solution-focused with a thorough knowledge of new Age HR practices - Good working knowledge of HRIS and other HR Software systems
