Masters Union - Product Manager (3-10 yrs)
1. Product Ownership
- Help set product strategy by working across multiple functions to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive product and market positioning.
- Define product lifecycle and roadmap and take end-to-end ownership with an analytical mindset that makes data-informed decisions.
- Enhance Value Proposition and balance out requirements with cost to maximize the value of the proposition to the customer.
- Act as the SME and evangelist for your product within the organization.
2. Market Research:
- Create and own detailed product requirements along with the MRDs/BRDs for products and product features.
- Conduct market analysis process for new products/services.
- Evaluate new product/customization viability and build recommendations of go or no-go decisions for your product. Turn incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
3. Collaboration
- Work with Engineering, Customer Success and Business verticals to ideate improvements that address the brand's objectives.
- Build business cases, pitch ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Partner with the product development team to deliver high-quality products and product features within time and budget.
- Work with UX teams to define the best experience for your users.
- Liaise with sales and product marketing to define the product go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the product function.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven track record of shipping products to market on time.
- Knowledge and working experience of product development methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
